We want our students to LOVE reading, as well as to become life-long learners!!! All students K-5 come to the library weekly as a part of their special area schedule, and they also have some flexible time available during the week for check-in and check-out. Our emphasis during their scheduled time is on the American Association of School Librarians' (AASL) Standards for the 21st Century Learner, as well as on the elements of digital citizenship.

2. Draw conclusions, make informed decisions, apply knowledge to new situations, and create new knowledge.
3. Share knowledge and participate ethically and productively as members of our democratic society.
4. Pursue personal and aesthetic growth.

1. Digital Access - full electronic participation in society: equal digital access
2. Digital Commerce - electronic buying and selling of goods
